Judy Benjamin was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 67, following her mother's passing after a 20-year struggle with the same disease. After receiving her diagnosis, Judy made major adjustments to her diet and lifestyle. This journey led her to a fortuitous meeting with Dr. Dale Bredesen, ultimately becoming his "patient zero" as she adopted his groundbreaking, clinically validated protocol for treating and preventing cognitive decline.
